Mediation is a highly effective and proactive way to resolve workplace disputes and restore healthy workplace relationships. It can be used to achieve more than just settlement; it can support and transform relationships.
The presentation will provide an overview of the range of opportunities to use mediation in the workplace, and will explore different approaches to mediation, including evaluative, facilitative, and transformative models. It will also provide guidance on how to determine which approach to use and offer tips for preparing for and debriefing mediation.
