The Labour Relations Information System (LRIS) is a proprietary database provided free-of-charge to OMHRA members.
The LRIS provides online storage, comparison and reporting of over 1400 in force and historical collective agreements for hundreds of municipalities and local boards, agencies and commissions across Ontario.
The LRIS is a remarkable tool that allows users to search, compare and produce reports on specific agreement items, such as salary and benefit information, within a specific organization, or between multiple organizations. OMHRA members have exclusive access to this database through the Member Lounge.
Using the data provided, OMHRA is able to release an annual in-depth bargaining guidelines document to assist members in preparation for collective bargaining.
